What is Balanset-1A?
Balanset-1A measures two vibration channels plus rotational phase. Its Windows software uses baseline and trial-weight runs to calculate the correction mass and angle for one or two planes.

OEM

Check the machine before balancing
- The rotor must be safe to run and accessible for sensors and weights.
- Balance is not a remedy for looseness, misalignment, bearing faults or resonance.
- Flexible-rotor procedures require specialist analysis beyond the standard rigid-rotor workflow.
